Created an aggressive M&A program which originated 3 acquisition targets within one quarter. The lead project had a valuation range of $60-$75 million and afforded a potential 25-50% benefit to EBITDA through acquisition synergies.

Led turnaround which included renegotiating a $10 million mezzanine debt instrument, negotiated $5 million in additional funding commitments from the current investor pool, and developed a plan with the collaborative assistance of the Operations Managers and Doctors to turnaround six Net Loss hospitals. In parallel with those efforts, we completed 2 annual audits within 6 months.

Identified and storyboarded to investors the core operational differentiator for two middle-market sell-side engagements with $2-$10 million EBITDA.

Led efforts to prepare the organization for a sale transaction. The company was sold in July 2023.

Led the turnaround from a (28%) Net Loss division to 5% Net Profit division within 2 years. Oversaw 2 separate $1 million CapEx expansions and multiple $100,000+ site improvement projects.
