‘Effective’ Change Management and the Operational & Strategic Finance Executive
Operational & Strategic Finance Executive:
A Finance Executive who is both Operational and Strategic focused will bring a perspective and understanding of every aspect of an organization and leverages that knowledge to help build your company’s roadmap to a thriving team and optimized operations, while protecting the stakeholders financial investments.
Do you know the Difference: Operational Finance vs. Strategic Finance, and the Power of Combining Those Skills?
Operational Finance Executive:
An Operational Finance Executive is a storyteller focused on what the numbers really mean from an operational perspective. It’s more than just an understanding of cash flow, it’s a holistic understanding of how the business operates at every level. An Operational Finance Executive provides additional insights into past and present operational inefficiencies and the financial impact thereof.
Strategic Finance Executive:
The Strategic Finance Executive has a holistic understanding of the business as well but brings a forward-looking view of how to strategically alter the path forward of the company. The Strategic Finance Executive leverages knowledge about the historical performance of the company to help build the roadmap for future growth.
